At breakfast we were not asked what hot drink we wanted and had to ask several times. Both breakfast room and housekeeping seemed under-staffed. One should not blame the staff, it is the fault of management. For a four stat hotel by the sea, one expected a pool; there was not one.
Admittedly, one should have pre-checked this, but that should not have been necessary. Having stayed at several 4 star Paradores, one had an expectation of high quality. We were very disappointed.
