LeeAna and Evan are great hosts. The place is as advertised. It was clean and spacious, and just a short walk away from the subway. El apartamento-sotano para acceder a él es muy estrecho y pequeña. Tiene sus pros y sus contras. Sus pros son la ubicación aunque el fin de semana una de las bocas del metro no funcionaban. El cuarto de baño esta muy bienequipado con todo, y el agua siempre caliente, no habia que esperar. Las hormigas; tuvimos hormigas durante 7 noches y eso que teniamos cuidado con la comida y la guardabamos en la nevera. Los techos en algunos lados bajos, si mide 1,80 cm te puedes dar con una de las vigas en la cabeza. Algunos utensilios de cocinacomo una cacerola tenia el fondo marron de estar estropeada.

I will definately stay here the next time I am in NYC. It is affordable and perfect for a family of 4. Once u get the hang of the subway it is an easy ride to manhatten. Enjoyed the stay there. Can here foot steps. The apt is spotless and looks freshly remodeled. Greenpoint is a great base to explore New York.
